Nelly died November 6, ; Dewey missed her and talked about her to anyone who would listen. His children are Dewey Allen Deweber Sr. Dewey has 16 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. Dewey wore many hats in his life, husband, father, Minister, salesman. He had many different jobs that were never the same; always so that he could provide for his family. He also worked with the mentally disabled; later when the family had grown he worked as a substitute and as foster grandparent helping children in different schools.
He would become a clown and do magic and science tricks for children, and also seniors living in rest homes. Dewey loved people and rejoiced when his children married and he loved every grandchild and great-grandchild he had. Dewey could very mischievous, loved a joke, also loved to paint plastic eggs for Easter and Christmas. He loved parties and the gathering of his family.
Dewey loved God and wanted people to know that not only did he love them and would be praying for them but that they were also loved by God and that Jesus paid the price for them. William Maurice Armintrout passed away February 13th, Bill was known for his hard work, sense of humor, superb grilling skills, and his giving heart.

As a very young boy, he began working at a meat market raking sawdust and eventually made his way to executive management for Mayfair Markets. Grandpa, as he was known to many, 'Paco' to some, and 'Sonny' to others, Bill was a man whose company you enjoyed. He had a way of making you feel welcomed with just his smile. He was humble and kind. He was a man of strength, compassion, and integrity, but most of all he loved Jesus.
He has a degree in Banking and Finance. Most of his life he was involved in banking and retired from the Commercial Bank as a Branch Manager. He devoted his life to serving the Salem-Keizer communities through his involvement in various committees.
Carl met and married Mary Bergland and they were married for over 69 years. Carl was a long-time member of Salem Evangelical Church and the 1st. Nazarene Church of Salem. He was a devoted Christian and loved the Lord and his family. A private family burial will be held with a public Celebration of his life later at the 1st. Gene was born and raised in Minnesota on a farm with his parents and siblings. He joined the Navy and served his country.
From there he lived in Dallas, Oregon and worked for a logging company where he met his wife Betty and her three children. A man that loved many things, his family was always first. His children Chris, Tammy and Marty meant the world to him. Gene loved selling cars and made a career out of it. He bought his ranch in to raise beef cattle and he did this with much love and pride until his last breath.
He truly enjoyed his cows. He also loved to hunt and fish. Gene was a wonderful person who will be missed dearly by all of us. He was a member of the band and football team. Upon graduation, he joined the U. Army and was stationed in Germany. Walt was very proud to serve his country and was a retired army veteran. Walt lived in the Salem area for about 35 years with the exception of the last 7 months living in Reno, Nevada under the loving care of Donna Ellis.
Walt was a licensed pilot and loved to fly. He enjoyed going out on his boat fishing and crabbing. Walt was always very active and liked being outside whether it was water or snow skiing, golfing or just working out in his yard. Walt is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Gloria and Mary. They attended the Church of God of Prophecy in Sapulpa, OK most of their married life where lifelong friends became like family. Betty enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing, quilting, crocheting, reading especially her Bible , and always preparing meals for friends and family. But most of all she enjoyed being with her family and serving the Lord through giving to missions and serving as Sunday School Class teacher and Ladies Mission Leader.

Betty is survived by her son Edward E. Betty is preceded in death by her husband Odie B. McKenzie, her parents Thomas J. Jared Jr. S, Salem, OR. Eizabeth Ann Newnam, 75, passed away in Keizer, Oregon after a brave battle with cancer. A retired Episcopal priest, she lived life to the fullest, with its ups and downs. Elizabeth was born to parents Col. Frank H. In their brother John was born to Frank and Mary Ann. Growing up in Houston, Elizabeth back then known as Betty was an excellent student, and active in the Baptist church, and in the high school choral group.
